DAMIC and MONSOON
The upper limits, derived from different experiments, for the cross section allowed for weakly interacting dark matter particles as a function of particle mass. The green line shows the preliminary results from the DAMIC experiment (Dark Matter In CCDs). Three other limits from other experiments are shown for reference. The preliminary DAMIC results extend the upper limits significantly in the low-mass region. Read more...
