Did you know?
In this new version of the NOAO Intranet you are able to customize the presentation of the material that appears on the page. Next to each section heading is a triangular widget (
). Clicking this widget will either hide or show the list of links in the section. So, if you don’t often use the Web Calendars (as an example), you can hide that list from view, and each time you come back to the page that list will be hidden. If you want to view what is in that list you can click the triangle and it will show up again. You will need to have Cookies enabled in your browser to take advantage of this feature.
Also new in this redesign, the departmental links appear in a menu across the top of the page and there is a dropdown menu of Quick Links with a list of frequently accessed links, like the web based email and timecards.
